Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge, efficient checkout, and issue resolution
- Assist with stocking, inventory management, and maintaining organized store displays
- Bag groceries with care and offer carryout assistance to elderly and disabled customers
- Operate scanners, scales, and other equipment while following food safety protocols
- Support store cleanliness throughout shifts and during closing procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or cashier experience preferred but not required – we provide comprehensive training
- Strong math skills and comfort handling cash, credit cards, and mobile payments
