Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist with product inquiries
- Bag groceries and maintain clean, organized checkout areas
- Operate cash registers, scanners, and credit card machines
- Verify age-restricted items and handle returns/exchanges
- Restock merchandise and assist with store inventory tasks
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
