Responsibilities
- Process customer payments efficiently using POS systems while maintaining accuracy
- Provide outstanding customer service, including product recommendations and issue resolution
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions securely
- Assist with inventory management and store stocking duties
- Maintain clean, organized checkout areas and store presentation standards
- Support team members with bagging, carryout, and customer inquiries
- Adhere to all safety protocols and loss prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
- Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (minimum 20 hrs/week)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
