- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment in assigned departments
- Maintain clean, organized checkout areas and store presentation standards
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Support team members during peak hours and cross-train in multiple departments
Qualifications
