Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge, bagging assistance, and resolving inquiries
- Maintain clean and organized checkout areas, shelves, and product displays
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and rotating products
- Operate and troubleshoot basic store equipment including scanners and price checkers
- Support store operations during peak hours and collaborate with team members
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
