Responsibilities
- Process cash, card, and mobile transactions accurately with POS systems
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Maintain clean, organized checkout areas and restock merchandise
- Assist with inventory management and price verification
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Follow cash handling procedures and security protocols
- Support store operations as needed (stocking, cleaning, etc.)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years old)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliable availability including evenings/weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transactions
