Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash accountability
- Provide exceptional customer service through friendly greetings and efficient checkout assistance
- Scan, bag, and organize merchandise with attention to detail and speed
- Handle returns, exchanges, and price adjustments according to company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and surrounding retail space
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed
- Adhere to all security protocols and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
