Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems
- Provide exceptional service through greeting, assistance, and problem resolution
- Maintain organized checkout areas and store cleanliness
- Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments with precision
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Process returns/exchanges per company policy
- Support team members during peak business hours
Qualifications
