Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Greet customers warmly and assist with any inquiries regarding products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit payments with strict adherence to company policies.
- Assist in restocking shelves and keeping the sales floor presentable when not at the register.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous cash handling or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work on your feet.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
