- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using POS systems
- Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge assistance
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with proper reconciliation
- Maintain clean and organized checkout areas and product displays
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues appropriately
- Adhere to all cash handling, security, and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 6+ months of cashier or retail experience preferred
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with point-of-sale technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
