Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Provide outstanding customer service with product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Bag merchandise efficiently and assist with carryout services
- Manage returns/exchanges following company policies
- Maintain clean and organized checkout areas and sales floors
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and price checks
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or retail experience preferred
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
