- Provide exceptional customer service during checkout and product inquiries
- Handle returns/exchanges per company policy with professionalism
- Maintain clean, organized checkout areas and restock merchandise
- Assist with inventory counts and price verification tasks
- Uphold loss prevention protocols and cash handling standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months retail/cash handling experience preferred
- Strong numerical accuracy and cash handling skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic POS system proficiency (training provided)
- Outstanding communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
