- Process cash, card, and digital transactions accurately using POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and friendly demeanor
- Operate cash register, reconcile daily sales, and maintain secure cash handling protocols
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to store management
- Support team members during peak hours and promotional events
Qualifications
