Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions efficiently using POS systems while maintaining 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service by greeting customers, answering product questions, and resolving concerns
- Bag purchases securely and offer assistance with carryout services
- Monitor checkout area for cleanliness and stock supplies (receipt paper, bags, etc.)
- Verify product pricing and promotions to ensure correct scanning
- Balance cash drawer daily and report discrepancies immediately
- Collaborate with stock associates to maintain organized displays
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred but not required
