Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Bag groceries efficiently and assist with carryout services
- Scan, price, and merchandise products to maintain store standards
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Maintain clean, organized checkout areas and restock supplies
- Participate in store inventory and merchandising activities as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Reliable transportation to Milwaukee location
