Responsibilities
- Promote StudentConnect's campus app through in-person demonstrations and digital campaigns
- Organize 2-3 campus engagement events per semester (workshops, info sessions)
- Collect student feedback and report trends to product development team
- Manage social media accounts for campus-specific content
- Collaborate with student organizations for partnership opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of campus interactions and metrics
- Attend bi-weekly virtual team meetings for strategy alignment
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student at UNM or CNM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with public speaking and group presentations
- Basic social media proficiency (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation for campus events (mileage reimbursed)
- Availability for 15-20 hours/week during academic semesters
- Passion for student advocacy and campus community building
