Responsibilities
- Promote tour packages to fellow students & locals
- Manage social media campaigns & campus eventsConduct short demo tours in French Quarter
- Collect customer feedback & testimonials
- Coordinate with campus organizations
- Maintain accurate sales records
- Attend weekly team briefings
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student in NOLA area
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Basic social media proficiency
- Availability for weekend/evening shifts
- Passion for New Orleans culture & cuisine
- Reliable transportation required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
