Responsibilities
- Expertly craft specialty coffee drinks following signature recipes and quality standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Maintain pristine workspace including espresso machines, brewing equipment, and service areas
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while handling cash and digital payments
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless operations and minimal wait times
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and rotating products for freshness
- Uphold food safety protocols and sanitation standards at all times
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with a customer-first mindset
