- Handle incoming communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist with onboarding processes for new UK-based team members
- Organise and maintain digital filing systems for confidential client data
- Support project coordination between London and Washington DC teams
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
