Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, answering questions and resolving inquiries.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including floor stocking and merchandise display.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting regular stock counts.
- Communicate product knowledge effectively to educate customers and drive sales.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as required.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and a quick learning aptitude for new software.
