Responsibilities
- Execute event setup and teardown procedures according to venue specifications
- Provide exceptional guest services and information at event checkpoints
- Maintain crowd control and ensure safety compliance throughout events
- Operate event equipment including registration systems, signage, and AV tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Document incident reports and provide post-event feedback to management
- Adhere to all company policies and venue regulations during assignments
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing conditions
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset
- Willingness to complete paid certification training (2 days)
