Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package customer shipments during evening hours
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following safety protocols
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock checks and documentation
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily processing targets
- Ensure clean, organized workspaces throughout shift
- Assist with inbound/outbound logistics coordination
- Participate in monthly safety compliance audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid Texas Driver's License (for equipment operation)
- Flexible availability for 4-6 hour evening shifts (11 PM - 5 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
