Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts per company protocols
- Adhere to safety standards and OSHA regulations in all tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly productivity targets
- Document warehouse activities and report any discrepancies or equipment issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Reliable transportation to night shift schedule (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently in overnight setting
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
