Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with precision
- Safely operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document all activities and report equipment maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability between 10 PM - 6 AM (shifts vary)
