Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and display areas with merchandise according to planograms
- Organize and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and compliance
- Operate pallet jacks and safely move stock to sales floor
- Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work environments
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve operational goals
- Report inventory discrepancies and maintenance needs
- Execute price changes and promotional displays
Qualifications
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math and inventory knowledge
- Flexible availability for evening shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
