Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain inventory accuracy overnight
- Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely
- Process incoming shipments and manage backroom logistics
- Execute nightly cleaning and sanitation protocols
- Assist with price changes and promotional resets
- Collaborate with overnight team leads to optimize workflows
- Monitor security protocols and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Experience with warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability for 3-4 night shifts weekly (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Background check and drug screening required
