Responsibilities
- Accurately stock and organize merchandise across all departments overnight
- Operate inventory management systems and conduct cycle counts
- Maintain clean, safe, and visually appealing store conditions
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Assist with receiving shipments and processing deliveries
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and report maintenance needs
- Support store opening preparation by 6:00 AM daily
Qualifications
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to/from overnight shifts
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability to work nights (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
