Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock, organize, and rotate merchandise across all store departments
- Operate inventory management systems and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain store safety and cleanliness standards
- Assist with receiving shipments and processing deliveries using proper equipment
- Support visual merchandising efforts to maintain appealing product displays
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols during shift hours
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable evening availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
