Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload and process incoming shipments with accuracy and speed
- Organize and merchandise products throughout the sales floor following planogram standards
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure operational readiness before morning shift
- Assist with price changes and promotional signage placement
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively
Qualifications
- 18+ years of age with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and shipment processing
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work 3-4 nights weekly (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if operating company vehicles)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
