Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock shelves and organize merchandise according to store standards
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the store overnight
- Collaborate with night crew to execute inventory counts and replenishment
- Assist with unloading deliveries and verifying shipment accuracy
- Report maintenance issues and operational concerns to management
Qualifications
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (for occasional deliveries)
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
