Responsibilities
- Unload and process incoming shipments with precision and efficiency
- Organize and stock merchandise throughout sales floor and stockrooms
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
- Operate inventory management systems and update stock records
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve daily operational goals
- Execute planogram compliance and seasonal resets
- Adhere to safety protocols during all stocking activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous retail or stock handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and inventory system knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to downtown Atlanta location
- Availability to work 4-5 night shifts weekly (10 PM - 6 AM)
