Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and merchandise incoming shipments overnight
- Organize and maintain warehouse/store inventory systems
- Ensure accurate stock counts and inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily targets
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Uphold safety protocols and store cleanliness standards
- Assist with inventory audits and loss prevention
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to Fort Worth location
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
