Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and accurately stock merchandise according to company standards
- Operate inventory management systems and maintain organized stockrooms
- Execute plan-o-grams to maximize product visibility and sales potential
- Safely operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
- Conduct nightly inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, hazard-free work environments following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with overnight teams to achieve operational targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with inventory software and handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work 20-25 hours weekly (11 PM - 7 AM schedule)
- Background check and drug screen required
