Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and merchandise incoming shipments according to company standards
- Organize and maintain inventory in stockrooms and on sales floor
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to execute restocking plans
- Conduct inventory audits and report discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
- Assist with store cleaning and maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- Must be available to work 20-30 hours/week on night shift (typically 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math and inventory knowledge
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to work site
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
