Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all outgoing items meet company standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload trucks, including heavy lifting and pushing of carts.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) on a regular basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential for our team culture.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
