Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently during night shifts.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and within OSHA guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and manage stock levels to prevent shortages.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding night shift operations.
- Collaborate with day-shift team members to ensure a smooth handover of duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be available to work nights, specifically on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
