Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently locate, pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse database.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as required by the shift.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to ensure smooth workflow during the night shift.
- Order Fulfillment: Process incoming and outgoing shipments in an organized and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and Night Shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred; however, comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must possess a strong work ethic and be punctual for all scheduled shifts.
- Attention to Detail: Must have excellent eyesight and the ability to focus on repetitive tasks.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
