Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed to meet daily KPIs.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety protocols.
- Process incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing slips.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; vocational training in logistics is a plus.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
