Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized inventory systems and stock rotation
- Perform quality checks on products before shipment
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless workflow
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Complete daily productivity reports accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
- Reliable transportation to North Wichita facility
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work 4-5 nights per week (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
