Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package customer orders during overnight operations
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) following strict safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies to shift supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely dispatch of shipments
- Adhere to ISO 9001 quality standards and workplace safety regulations
- Participate in quarterly cycle counts and inventory audits
- Support facility maintenance duties including cleanliness and equipment checks
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to lift up to 25kg repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company training
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy
- Flexible availability to work evenings (6 PM - 2 AM) including weekends
- Effective communication skills in English
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Commitment to punctuality and reliability for overnight shifts
