Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products during evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records through digital scanning systems
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless operations handover
- Participate in monthly safety drills and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Must be available to work flexible evening/night shifts (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid Tennessee driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Reliable transportation to North Memphis industrial area
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required
