Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision for next-day delivery fulfillment
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following OSHA safety protocols
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Uphold 5S standards for a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Reliable transportation to/from our North Side facility
- Flexible availability between 10 PM - 6 AM (4-8 hour shifts)
