Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, including dock and storage zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order discrepancies
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and inspecting incoming shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology
- Reliable transportation to/from our facility
- Flexible availability for evening/overnight shifts (typically 6 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
