Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Safely operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve logistical issues
- Assist in receiving and processing incoming shipments
- Document all transactions and discrepancies in digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital inventory systems
- Valid state-issued forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Availability to work 20-30 hours weekly between 10 PM - 6 AM
- Reliable transportation to our Phoenix facility
