Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform cycle counts and maintain organized inventory records
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless workflow transitions
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (if operating company vehicles)
- Reliable transportation to 3rd shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
