About the Role:
As a key member of our night operations team, you'll ensure the efficient flow of goods through our distribution center. This physically active role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments with precision and efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Sort and organize inventory according to company standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets
- Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Availability to work flexible evening/night shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
