Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized storage areas by following FIFO protocols and safety standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies in real-time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile technology
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored training
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to 3rd shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
