Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with loading/unloading trailers and dock management
- Support quality control initiatives to reduce errors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and tech-savviness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work 3-4 nights per week (flexible scheduling)
