Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate inventory records through digital tracking systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with cycle counts and stock reconciliation processes
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hours during shift
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Valid manual handling certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Reliable transportation for evening shifts (4 PM - 1 AM)
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently or in teams
- Pass background check and right to work in the UK
