Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.8% accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and maintain real-time stock updates in WMS system
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S workplace standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Document daily activities and report discrepancies to shift supervisor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work 4-5 nights per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
